1. It’s a Hidden Gem
Most people drive through Langwarrin thinking its just a part of Cranbourne-Frankston Road, to get to and from Cranbourne. Little is known about its beauty, environment and amazing people. There are so many great reasons to stop for a freshly brewed coffee or a delicious bite to eat. Our friendly local staff in Cafés in Langwarrin sure know how to make us happy.

2. Bramble Berry Farm
Every summer you can pick your own fresh juicy berries right here in Langwarrin! All year around you can buy frozen berries, jams and sauces from their cute little shop. Check out https://www.bramblefarm.com.au/ for more info.
3. Beautiful Flora and Fauna
You know you from Langwarrin when you have stopped traffic to allow cute little ducklings to safely cross the road. Or you enjoy waking to sound of Kookaburra’s, Magpies and other wildlife.

The Langwarrin Flora and Reserve, McClelland Gallery and Sculpture Park and Cruden Farm are just a few spots to enjoy our natural environment. Parts of the suburb are semi-rural so you don’t have to walk far to see horses, goats, sheep and even geese!

4. Access The Beach
If you’ve heard of drop bears and hoops snakes you probably know about the immaculate “Langwarrin Beach”. It feature’s is own helicopter Pad! People here have a great sense of humor. Seriously Langwarrin is just a 12 minute drive to Frankston Beach. We love our beach parking permits.
5. The People
People who live here are proud to be from Langwarrin. It’s a friendly community with about 23,588 residents. We are a hard working and resilient community. Random acts of kindness and offers to help each other are common place. We love our arts, sports, dog parks and healthy lifestyles. Who wouldn’t want to live here?
